How It Works

1. Check in at the front gate at 9:00 AM to get your official Scavenger Hunt game card and map of participating homes.
2. Visit open houses (look for yellow signs) and search for the hidden clue in each home.
3. Show your card to the hosting Realtor to earn a sticker: one sticker equals one prize entry.
4. Try to visit all 20 homes before the hunt ends at 12:00 PM sharp.
5. Return your card to the front gate by noon to be entered in the drawing.
6. Head to the Caddie Shack for a free lunch.
7. Prize giveaway at 12:30 PM. Must be present to win.

Day-of Timeline

• 8:00 AM: Host meet-up at Caddie Shack (breakfast, rules review)
• 8:45 AM: Pick up your sticker sheet and yellow "Participating Home" sign
• Head to your listing, place your sign, prep the home
• 9:00 AM: Doors open to players
• 12:00 PM sharp: Close, remove sign, return materials to Caddie Shack
• 12:30 PM: Prize giveaway

Staffing requirement: at least one industry professional must be with you in the home for the duration.
