About Klea Simental
Born and raised in the Austin area, I not only know Texas, but love it. Leander was home while I was growing up, so I understand Texas Hill Country differently than most realtors. When I graduated from high school, I knew I wanted to not only be a realtor but invested almost immediately in real estate, through short-term rentals. Currently I invest in not only short-term rentals, but also real estate syndications, and an RV Park development.
Commercial real estate is my passion. I am business minded, which in conjunction with the relationships I create with my clients, helps me assist my clients in seeing the “big picture” when making important decisions such as location, city growth and future development.
My relationship with Carl Dieckmann and Emily Dieckmann has solidified my love for commercial real estate. I am in the process of completing my courses in TACS (Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist), which is enhancing my knowledge.
