About Trish Winters

Being a realtor in Lago Vista is a blessing. My husband and I moved here in 2007 from Seattle, so I have seen the town change and grow over the years. In 2017 I joined the Emily Dieckmann Real Estate team and have been working with people to help them buy and sell homes ever since – first as an assistant to Emily, and now as a licensed realtor.

I pride myself on being professional, available, and knowledgeable. Communicating with my clients is a top priority. Many clients are now purchasing homes remotely. It’s imperative for me to listen to their needs, wants and desires. I consider myself the “eyes, ears and nose” for my clients.

When I’m not busy selling homes, I spend my time volunteering in the community. I’m proud to say I am the organizer of the Northshore Pet Parade & Costume Contest. It’s a wonderful community event that raises money for a local pet rescue network.
